The Anne and John McNulty Leadership Program at the Wharton School seeks to develop global leaders who exemplify leadership at its best.
Reflecting the McNulty Foundation’s belief that leadership can be cultivated, especially at inflection points in people’s lives, the Anne and John McNulty Leadership Program at the Wharton School elevates leadership development and team-oriented education for students at the world’s leading business school. The program includes real-world experiences for structured learning opportunities in challenging team-oriented surroundings.
Individuals who change themselves can also change the way their team looks at a problem, the way their company does business, or the way we view the world.
Since 1992, the leadership program at the Wharton School has pushed the boundaries of traditional education in the fields of leadership and teamwork. With a new partnership with the McNulty Foundation in 2015, the newly-named Anne and John McNulty Leadership Program memorializes both Anne and John's legacy of bold impact and sustained passion for preparing individuals to lead in their fields and communities. The McNulty Leadership Program elevates Wharton's approach to leadership learning and development, maintaining a holistic approach to coursework, coaching, mentoring, and experiential learning for students of all ages. The Program instills in them the tools needed to adapt their leadership styles through action, reflection, and experience, and to become global leaders of diverse workforces.
This partnership accelerates and expands the impact of Wharton’s premier leadership development initiative, supporting new and adapted programs that reach new audiences and the general public.
