Critical healthcare and nutrition programs remain out of reach for thousands of older adults, people with disabilities, immigrants, and those with limited literacy across the US. Entrepreneur, nurse, and attorney Kwamane Liddell is addressing this gap through ThriveLink, a healthcare technology platform that leverages AI to simplify access to social safety net programs and healthcare resources, mobilizing hospitals, health plans, and communities to ensure that no one is left behind.

Starting as a hospital janitor before becoming a trauma nurse, Kwamane has made a career saving lives in some of America’s most vulnerable communities. After witnessing how social determinants impact patient outcomes, he became a healthcare lawyer and rose to leadership roles within the nation’s largest hospital system. These experiences, across clinical care, policy, and innovation, ultimately led him to found ThriveLink.

I have witnessed every failure point of the safety-net—clinically, operationally, legally, and personally. This is not theoretical for me. I need this system to keep my family, my community, and communities like mine safe.
