A growing number of adolescent boys face rising isolation and the risk of harmful behavioral patterns, without many resources to help. Youth development leader Jordan Bowman is determined to equip boys with healthy skills and mindsets through Journeymen Triangle, which builds emotional regulation, purpose, and positive relationships for young boys through mentorship-based programming.

Jordan is a youth development and social impact leader determined to build emotional resilience and healthy masculinity in the next generation of leaders. After experiencing isolation as a young teenager, Jordan found the community and support that changed the trajectory of his life. Wanting every young person to receive the same investment, he founded Journeyman Triangle to help boys build emotional maturity, resilience, and community. With over a decade of experience in coaching, team design, and development programs, Jordan also leads his own consulting practice.

I didn’t have to carry my pain alone. As I learned to face it, it would become a gift. That experience—and the chance to offer other boys the same gift of community—is the fire that fuels me.
