Teresa Boyer of Center for Women and Work to lead McNulty Institute for Women's Leadership

Villanova University announced Teresa Boyer, the head of Rutgers University's Center for Women and Work, as the Founding Director of the new Anne Welsh McNulty Institute for Women's Leadership.

Dr. Boyer is a nationally recognized leader and innovator in research, education, and programs that promote economic and social equity for women workers, their families, and their communities. She helped establish the Center for Women and Work as a place for non-profits, government agencies, businesses and others to turn for expertise and insight on improving equality in the workplace at all levels. A Villanova alum, the University and the McNulty Foundation are excited to have her breadth and depth of knowledge leading this groundbreaking Institute.
